Far too much choc pancakes.
Prep time: 10 minutes
Cook time: 5 minutes
75 g plain flour
20 g cocoa powder
2 large eggs, beaten 250ml milk
For the sauce:
100g milk chocolate, broken into squares
25 g butter
2tbsp golden syrup
Oil for frying
Icecream to serve
Mix together the flour and cocoa powder. Beat in the eggs and milk.
Place the chocolate, butter and syrup in a saucepan and heat gently.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and heat: Spoon the batter in the pan and swirl. Cook and flip. Serve with with the extras.
